As the Homeline Brand Manager for Rancilio Group North America, I oversaw the strategic development and execution of tailored marketing campaigns focusing on the lifestyles and aspirations of the growing number of home coffee enthusiasts.
My role encompassed market analysis, brand positioning, and the creation of targeted content strategies to support our network of distributors and grow our audience in North America. By collaborating with cross-functional teams amongst different distributors, dealers, and partners, I ensured that equipment sales material and technical support met exceptional quality standards. As well it was important that these efforts generated measurable growth for both Rancilio and those involved across engagement, retention, and ultimately sales increases.
Through innovative campaigns such as Be a Pro at “Home” relaunching the Silvia Pro X, custom equipment partnerships with Braindead, The Barista League, Third Wave Water and Clive, along with engaging content, I elevated the Rancilio brand creating a seamless throughline between our Homeline products. This resulted in an 80% increase in retained followers over four months, using less than a quarter of the previous ad spend. Additionally, by creating tailored collaborative promotions for our network of distributors and dealers, I strengthened relationships and enthusiasm among the passionate community of home baristas as the market for home espresso machines grew.

As the Director of Marketing at Black Rabbit, I led tailored campaigns that combined modern storytelling with instructional design. My approach to crafting a unique voice for Black Rabbit focused on blending engaging content, such as short and long form video tutorials, with value driven insights and targeted KPIs. This resulted in not only increased engagement and lead generation but successful customer acquisition and loyalty.

Four Letter Word is a world recognized cafe and roaster with locations in Chicago and Türkiye. Through my time with Four Letter I crafted photo content for their Chicago cafe located on the border of Logan Square and Avondale.

New Gotham was a Not-for-Profit coffee community in Chicago dedicated to fostering education, connection, and collaboration among coffee professionals and enthusiasts. As President and Marketing Chair, I shaped the community’s voice, creating engaging content that brought baristas and coffee lovers together. I led event marketing, designed branding materials—including the New Gotham logo—and built relationships with media outlets to amplify our reach. Through social media engagement and thoughtfully curated events, I helped showcase the depth and diversity of Chicago’s coffee culture while creating opportunities for learning and collaboration within the industry at large.
Scone City, opened in April 2015, is a bakeshop and espresso bar located in Wicker Park. Scone City's goal is to reinvent the notion of the classic English pastry toward elevated baked item. This also carries over toward the coffee bar to elevate the bakery coffee toward another level carefully crafted coffee and espresso drinks.
Focus on freshly baked scones, coffee craft, and design/layout.
Passion House Coffee Roasters are a micro coffee roaster located in the Fulton Market corridor. As part of Passion House I helped usher in new branding from the previous multi-color cardinal logo.
Focusing on a new "genre" classification system to break down complex notes into familiar categories/genres consumers would recognize. This spanned from social media networks, website redesign, customer and wholesale relations, print media, and in-house documents.
Chicago Gold Snacks was started in 2008 with the idea of bringing high-quality Chicago-style popcorn packaged directly to the consumer. Helping start the company gave a ground level upstart toward business from day to day operations, sales, customer relations, promotional media, and beginner social media.
